We offer free and easy returns on all US Orders!

Welcome to Freck Beauty, your new holy grail beauty obsession. We stand behind our products and know you're going to love everything in your package, but if something isn't working for you, let us know by reaching out to cs@freckbeauty.com. Our customer service team will get back to you asap to help get your return started.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we won't be able to make any changes. You can request that we cancel your order, so that you can place a new one with the changes you need. We process orders real fast, and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to cs@freckbeauty.com right away with your order number and we will for sure do our best to catch it before it goes out!

WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
We will accept returns on items purchased from freckbeauty.com only within 14 days after receipt of your package. It’s okay if your products have been opened and used, too, you can still return them. Yes, we accept returns on discounted items too :)
