HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we won't be able to make any changes. You can request that we cancel your order, so that you can place a new one with the changes you need. We process orders real fast, and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to email@example.com right away with your order number and we will for sure do our best to catch it before it goes out!
WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
We will accept returns on items purchased from freckbeauty.com only within 14 days after receipt of your package. It’s okay if your products have been opened and used, too, you can still return them. Yes, we accept returns on discounted items too :)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note, the 14 days begins when your order is received, not when you place it.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once you have shipped the return back to us, allow normal shipping times (but atm please allow for covid related delays) for us to receive it. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund asap. Please note we can only refund the original form of payment. It can take 5-7 business days for your refund to reflect in your account, based on your bank. Also, we cannot refund shipping charges unless your package was lost or damaged in transit.
HOW DO I SHIP THE RETURN?
Its supes easy. Just put your Freck products back in the mailer or box they were shipped in (because recycle!) Print & tape to it the return label you were issued from customer service. The return address will be provided on the label. Then just get the package to USPS, or hand it off to your post(wo)man. Easy peasy.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
We currently do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for orders placed outside of the U.S. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
How to send International Returns back to Freck HQ:
- Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you will be returning your Freck and requesting a refund
- Put all products to be returned in the box / mailer it arrived in
- Include your original packing list, to prove that the country of origin is the US
- Send us the return package using the carrier of your choice. Please declare it as “9801 US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice. Putting that declaration on there lets us avoid paying duties/taxes on our own merchandise. Customer must declare this to avoid a deduction from their refund.
- We can’t issue a refund until the package is received. If the package gets lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim if you bought insurance.
Please note: we recommend writing down your return tracking number so you can track the status of the return.
